Making a booking

Gorgia Maee is by appointment only. Booking your service in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time and date. Online Booking is available although you can contact me directly. You will receive a confirmation txt message 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policty

Due to the nature of this industry, Georgia Maee has a strict cancellation policy in place to be fair to all clients that secure appointments. Upon booking your appointment you will be asked to provide your card details on the secure booking system, your card will not be charged upon booking.
Your appointment time is scheduled especially for you and your service. Life is busy and we all no unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may not be able to make your appointment. In the event of this please contact Georgia with 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in you being charged a $50 cancellation fee to your card. 

LATE ARRIVALS

To avoid disappointment and fees, when attending your booking please make an effort to arrive on time or if possible 5 minutes earlier. Late arrivals will not be able to have their full appointment accomplished. Bookings attended later than 5 - 10 minutes will be cancelled and will be charged the remainder owed with the card on file. No shows will not be tolerated, if no notice of cancellation is made, your card will automatically be charged for the cancellation fee of the service within 2-3 days after your scheduled appointment. 

HEALTH

For the safety of my clients, any client that shows any symptoms/signs of any contagious infections or illnesses such as; covid-19, cold sores, staph Infections, open cuts, conjunctivitis etc, will have their appointment rescheduled, or receive a credit note. Clients must advise artist Georgia of any allergies, illnesses, skin conditions, eye conditions, acne medications etc prior to the appointment. In no event shall Georgia Maee have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised.

Refund Policy

Consults and your treatment aftercare are extremely thorough which means no refunds will be given for any reasons. This includes in the unfortunate event of an allergic reaction. Georgia Maee is confident that you will be obsessed and fall in love with your lashes. If you are unhappy with your service you may contact me 24 hours post appointment to discuss your concerns. If your concerns can be resolved, a touch up is offered within 7 days to ensure you are satisfied.  
Allergic reaction although uncommon, can occur. Although I am here to assist you, Georgia Maee can not be held responsible for an allergic reaction, as each individual can react differently to product and adhesives. Allergic reaction can happen with anyone, at any time. Please contact me immediately if you become aware of any reaction so I can assist you as quickly as possible as they MUST be removed (free of charge). 
A reaction normally occurs within the first 72 hours of your appointment. Common symptoms include redness, itchy or stingy eyes, and swelling on the eyelid.
